Respekt writes about EPO1

A GALLERY MIRACLE IN TRUTNOVA cultural phenomenon, and not just for the Podkrkonoší region. That is the impression left by the new EPO1 Centre for Contemporary Art, which opened this May in the Poříčí district of Trutnov. Once the largest thermal power plant in Eastern Bohemia, the decommissioned site was purchased in 2011 by Renata and Rudolf Kasper, owners of the neighboring engineering firm Kasper Kovo. They gradually transformed it into a gallery that is well worth a visit, no matter where you live.
